How to get help
Email support@thesecops.app with your company name, site name, device type, and a short description of what happened.
Do not email passwords, checkpoint QR payloads, NFC tag payloads, raw tokens, screenshots that expose private customer data, or app session details.
Urgent safety note
SecOps is not an emergency dispatch service. If there is an immediate threat to life, safety, or property, contact local emergency services and follow your employer's emergency procedures first.
The app helps record patrol proof and route operational alerts; it does not replace radio, phone, site command, or emergency-response obligations.
